ISPS compliance requires carrying out a security assessment, drawing up a security plan approved by the competent authority, and appointing certified security officers (PFSO, CSO, SSO).

DPM Consulting, accredited by ANAM and the Ministry of the Interior, is one of the few firms in West Africa authorised to support port facilities in achieving ISPS compliance.
