Security Audit
Evaluate and reinforce the security of your facilities
Why conduct this audit?
In an environment marked by growing threats — terrorism, malicious acts, cyberattacks, intrusions — the security of your facilities is no longer optional but mandatory. A security audit objectively assesses your level of protection and identifies vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Regulatory Framework
- ISPS Code (port facilities)
- AVSEC/ICAO (airport facilities)
- Directive 2008/114/EC (European critical infrastructure)
- Internal Security Code
- Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 (aviation security)
⚠ Identified Risks
- Intrusion and theft at facilities
- Acts of sabotage or malicious intent
- Non-compliance with ISPS/AVSEC obligations
- Suspension of operating permits
- Criminal liability of executives
- Damage to image and reputation
Our approach in 5 phases
Our security audit methodology is based on international ISPS, AVSEC/ICAO and CNPP standards. It combines documentary analysis, field inspection and behavioural assessment.
Kick-off meeting, collection of existing documents (plans, procedures, records), definition of the audit scope and schedule.
Analysis of security plans, operational procedures, staff authorizations, incident logs and previous reports.
Full site visit: access control, perimeters, surveillance equipment, lighting, fencing, checkpoints. Interviews with security personnel.
Summary of findings, risk assessment by criticality, vulnerability mapping and threat scenario identification.
Presentation of results to management, delivery of the full report and prioritized action plan with deadlines and responsible parties.
